The 3rd NoVA Symposium in Konstfack University of Arts, Craft and Design

I was very excited to see all my peer-students, teachers and professors from different universities. NoVA symposiums are always great opportunities to exchange ideas with everyone. During the 3rd symposium we visited Fotografiska (Museum of Photography) and Snösätra Wall of Fame (a famous graffiti area outside the suburb Rågsved). We also discussed about our thesis plans and learnt more about research methodologies.

Thanks to that, I prolonged my stay in Norway and got the opportunity to get more closely acquainted with the Nordic art market, as well as delve into the details of public art production processes. Thus, my suggestions will be concentrated on the events and happenings in Norway (primarily in Oslo).

Project in Practice

As a NoVA on exchange in Spring semester 2017 in Oslo, one of the courses offered at Oslo and Akershus University College of Applied Sciences within Masters in Aesthetic Subjects curriculum was called Project in Practice (PIP). The course focused on development, planning, and production of practical artistic projects included in artistic research in diverse […]
